I lead design teams building AI products and complex enterprise experiences.

From defining a new product and deciding what to build next to raising the craft of products operating at global scale, I help teams turn ambiguity into clear product direction. I develop designers through thoughtful critique, high standards, and the support they need to create the strongest work of their careers.

For fun, I also teach experience design at Millersville University and put out fires as a volunteer firefighter at Lafayette Fire Company.
